I am highly experienced, educated, and skilled in mental health and advocacy. I openly share my experiences as a testimony to raise awareness about trauma, overcoming obstacles & offer hope to those who may feel hopeless. I share my story of going from being a victim to surviving, and now I am thriving at my full potential! Sharing how I overcame my struggles is crucial because I understand that we go through trials and tribulations, and we have the power to learn and build from them.
We have the ability to empower one another and give love and support. Words have immense power, and so do our experiences. My organization, Uplifted and Free LLC, is vital in raising awareness about the importance of mental health and self-love. Through my advocacy and inspirational speaking, I emphasize that you can become free. Even when you feel like giving up, please remember there's still light in the midst of darkness.
